Broken Dreams Gaming, operating The Boneyard, handles the information described in this notice. This notice applies to the website, game servers, community services, account tools, support channels and related digital services.

We may collect Steam identifiers and display names, linked Discord details, account and entitlement records, dinosaur and server activity, marketplace and command history, support or moderation communications, payment status and transaction references, session cookies, device and browser information, IP addresses and security logs.

We do not collect Steam passwords or raw payment-card details. Card information is handled by the payment provider used at checkout.

3. Why we use it

We use information to verify accounts, provide requested services, operate game and community features, reconcile memberships, prevent cheating and abuse, investigate incidents, respond to support requests, maintain security, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations.

4. When information may be shared

Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with platform and infrastructure providers such as Steam, Discord, payment processors, hosting, email, monitoring and security providers; with authorised moderators or contractors who need it to perform their role; or where disclosure is required or permitted by law.
