1. Operator and acceptance
The Boneyard is operated under the registered business name Broken Dreams Gaming. These terms apply to the website, game servers, community services, accounts and related digital services. By creating or using an account, joining the server or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms and the published server rules.
2. Accounts and verification
Access may require verification through Steam or another approved platform. You are responsible for the security of your linked accounts and for activity performed through them. Do not share authentication links, session details or account credentials.
3. Community and acceptable use
You must comply with the published gameplay, conduct, anti-cheating and moderation rules. We may restrict, suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect players, the service, system security or fair play. Enforcement decisions may consider severity, history, evidence and operational risk.
4. Bones and digital items
Bones are a non-cash, account-bound service currency. They are not legal tender, are not redeemable for money and do not represent a deposit, stored-value facility or ownership interest. Digital items, skins, applications, badges and account benefits are licences to use service features; they are not personal property and cannot be transferred except where the service expressly permits.
5. Specimen Caches
Specimen Caches use Bones earned or granted within the service and produce cosmetic skin applications using published probabilities. They do not provide cash prizes or cash-out. Ordinary applied skins may transfer only while attached to an eligible dinosaur sold through the service. Founder Series skins do not transfer.
6. Supporter memberships and payments
Before payment, the checkout will display the price, currency, billing period, included benefits and any automatic renewal terms. Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment provider. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retrospectively cancel benefits already supplied, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Service commands and availability
Commands may be delayed, rejected, reversed or placed into manual review when the game server, bridge or verification layer cannot confirm the requested outcome. Maintenance, game updates, outages, security events and third-party platform changes may interrupt or alter the service.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited only to the extent permitted by law.
